TPM offers a unique combination of professional practice management support, and ready-made engagement and collaborative contracts, enabling medical practitioners to launch and manage patient relationships with greater independence. 

A key aspect of Triangle Practice Management’s vision is that clinicians operate independently, each establishing their own Professional Limited Liability Corporation (PLLC).

Rather than functioning as employees of a larger corporation, Triangle Practice Management facilitates a seamless transition for licensed healthcare providers to become independent practitioners; often fully launching their private practices while maintaining their current employment positions.

Licensed professionals and their authorized respective team members become clients of Triangle Practice Management through the PLLCPro™ iOS App, which safeguards their interests while providing significant freedom to practice their specialty in medicine as they see fit.

Triangle Practice Management offers the following launch and maintenance support for practitioners with:

• An iOS app that outlines specific DIY steps with support as needed for successfully launching as an independent clinician, along with ongoing professional practice management support purchased in packages.
• After a successful launch, TPM provides continuous support to licensed clinicians and offers consulting services to any clinician authorized users through the PLLCPro App.

PLLCPro™ Consulting Services Available Through the App:

• Brokering working relationships with collaborative physicians.
• Drafting PLLC Articles of Incorporation and assisting practitioners through this process.
• Providing consulting on obtaining accounting, billing, and EMR/EHR systems.
• Offering and maintaining physical office space for business registration and practice.
• Assisting in finding and onboarding additional partners—clinicians, collaborative physicians, and others—based on the cooperative’s needs.

Within this model of making our clinicians our clients with TPM, all practitioners, including physicians, can build their individual practices according to their personal and professional values and preferences. They can dedicate as much (or as little) time to their private practice as they choose, whether it’s five or fifty hours a week, based on their individual desires and circumstances.

For example, one nurse practitioner client expressed a desire to work part-time, wishing to have the autonomy to review and select her own referrals, rather than having them assigned to her as required by her previous employment. She also sought limited hours to maintain the flexibility to raise her children at home. This was easily accommodated within the framework of Triangle Practice Management’s contracts.

Triangle Practice Management, LLC’s fees are accessible through the iOS app, allowing clinicians to utilize consulting services and receive support for launching and maintaining their own PLLC. This structure grants them access to launch and ongoing support for their practice facility, including options for renting office space and assistance with all in-network billing, credentialing, and administrative support.
